RE: [struts-menu] Performance problems

Thanks for answering my questions Matt.
I have removed Velocity JARs, globalMacros.vm and templates folder.
I don't see the velocity.properties file in Web-inf/classes folder.

I am running topas command in a Putty session to see CPU busy %.
Now, on IE browser window, invoking web page and 
clicking on menu tab, shoots up CPU % to above 90.
And if I click on menu tab 5/6 times( assuming 5/6 users clicking on 
menu tab from their PCs), also CPU % becomes 98 for about 20/30 seconds.
java process is taking all 98%.
This web app. is going to be used by more than 600 users.

Can you please test something like above and see the performace?
I would like to see the results from other developers also.

As you suggested, I am going to remove Struts-menu and see the performance.
