Planning release 2.4

Hello all,

I apologize for not being very active on this list and lagging on a
new release of Struts Menu.  I hope to do a release this week.  I'm in
the process of moving over issues from SourceForge to JIRA
(http://issues.appfuse.org/browse/SM).

Below is the current roadmap. Hopefully this won't grow too much or
it'll be tough to get a release out this week. ;-)
