help: error in parsing menu-config.xml after upgrading to 2.4

Hi,
I got an error message after upgrading to Struts-menu
2.4:

Error parsing resource file: /WEB-INF/menu-config.xml
nested exception is: Error at line 7 char 75: null

same error after trying the sample menu-config.xml in
.war file. I am also using commons-digest-1.7.jar.

The line 7 is this:                
type="net.sf.navigator.displayer.DropDownMenuDisplayer"/>
char 75 is the end of the line.

what's the problem ?
