Problems with struts-menu

Hi
first of all congratulations for the work. 
Struts menu look like very nice and i'd like to use it in my struts application but i'm having a problem.
I'm developing in struts 1.3.8+tiles 2+jdk 1.5+tomcat 6.0.13+eclipse 3 and i put the struts menu plug-in in my struts-config.
That's all i followed the instructions in

But when debug the application it's not able to find the action servelt while, before installing struts-menu, the application works.

Do you know how to resolve this problem?
