RE: [struts-menu] Performance problems

Initial analysis results show that there is a dramatic performance
improvement
by taking out struts-menu completely. I am still using tabs.css and tabs.js
for
look and feel of tabs. But, I am not using struts-menu tags in JSP,
I am generating html in JSP.
e.g.
<li>
<a href="/loanQuery/searchLoans.do" target="_parent">Loans</a>
</li>

I am not sure what the problem is with struts-menu taglib.
Maybe it is related to WebSphere and struts-menu combination.
Someone should do analysis on that.

Anyways, there is a great relief in our team that application is performing
according to expectations after removing struts-menu.
