Role based menu ?

Hi, This is an awesome plugin. Can a role based menu be made accessible to more than one role. For example if there are three roles(admin,deputy,user). A specific menu needs to be accessible by two of the three roles (admin,deputy). How can this be done in the menu-config.xml so user does not see it but admin and deputy can.
