StrutsCX v0.9.5 maintenance release

Hallo list,

I just uploaded StrutsCX v0.9.5. This maintenance release removes the
project name parameter in the strutscx-config.xml. Most StrutsCX
parameters can now be set as Request Parameter or Request Attribute.
