strutscx-v0.9.2 allowing xml in dataSourceElement.

Hi Berny,

Just a quick note to let you know that the xml in the data source element
(XML_KEY) works a treat.  I tracked down all of the errors, and everyone (to
a man) was down to my hacking about ;-)

Most of the last lot of errors and exceptions was down to me getting the
original strutscx.war and over writing the new version of
StrutsCXDocumentBuilder, and then forgetting to remove the
strutscx-v0.9.1.jar from the lib directory.

I am currently (piece by piece) replacing your prototype with my own
application and noting down what files are prerequisite for strutscx, and
what can be readily replaced/removed. (Do you have a list of these already?)
And if time allows with the work load, I may put together a "beginners guide
to ..."  if that's ok with you.
