problem with Date format

Hi Alexander,

you are right. It would be nice to have a way to get Date objects right
in the output. I do think about a new parameter in the
strutscx-config.xml where you can define the date format - because this
will be different from country to country, right?! This could be used by
the StrutsCXBeanToElement class to output a Date object in the
appropriate format.

I'll put it on the ToDo-List...
