Re: jca adapter for (MySQL)DB

JBoss includes LGPL-licensed generic resource adapter wrappers for
non-xa and xa jdbc drivers, and all jdbc support in JBoss (such as CMP)
uses them.  JBoss 3.2.x includes j2eeca 1.0 adapters and the versions
in JBoss 4 have been modified to the j2eeca 1.5 interfaces (i.e.,
including the setResourceAdapter method in the mcf).

Due to classloading problems some classes are not included in the .rar
files but are in a separate common jar file (located in the default/lib
directory of a JBoss binary distro).
