The mailconnector-RA sample source code is available in the samples 
bundle of the J2EE 1.4 RI. You could download it at 
http://java.sun.com/j2ee/1.4/download.html [download the samples bundle]

The mailconnector-RA is available in the directory 
samples/connectors/apps/mailconnector/

Unfortunately the Sun Java System Application Server v9 (which was based 
on Java EE 5) appears to be bundled only with Java EE 5 related samples.
