JBOSS InitialContext() is failing... Urgent Help required...

Hi, In JBOSS, InitialContext(Hashtable prop) is failing. It is not throwing any exception also... Any ideas, why it is failing like that. I have just copied the JBoss from Solaris. Do I need to seup something in the configuration file. I am very new to JBoss..
