JBoss: Getting started?

Anybody out there using JBoss and, if so, have any recommendations on how to get started with it? I'm using v3.2.1 and can't connect the deploytool with it to deploy my EJBs. I went to the bookstore yesterday and the only books available are for JBoss 2.4.1, and JBoss's website has -0- documentation available for free... :( -- Darryl L.
