AAT vs WSAD

Can anyone tell me where the security role references are set in WSAD.

I've found the security roles on the ejb-tools no problem, but have had no
success as yet finding the equivalent function that was in AAT to add the
<security-role-link> and <role-link> statements in the deployment
descriptor - short of typing them in by hand!
