can we change the seq in which web and ejb projects are initiali zed in wsad 5.0

Hi,
Can we decide the sequence in which different projects of the ear file ( web
and  ejb)  are initialised. I have on startup servlet whose init method is
trying to  lookup the ejb which is yet to be initialized. as the web project
is initialized first and then ejb project. I am using WSAD 5.0.  Pls note
that I cannot modify the servlet code.
