Re: weblogic 8.1 vs 6.1

8.1 has a much better (though still not perfect) JMS implementation....  JMSServer and
JMSSession are failover-able, while JMS Destinations are still not clusterable, but at
least persistent destinations are migrate-able under 8.1.

If local destinations (local queues to each cluster node) is all you require, then 8.1 is
good.  If you need a global or replicable queue, then use a 3rd party implementation
(Fiorano, Switft, etc.), and use 8.1, which supports XA over 3rd party JMS.  Supposedly
9.0 will have failover destinations, but I'll believe it when I see it.
