editing XML files using JAXP API

Hi all,
I have an application that runs on tomcat server. My application us=
es tomcat-uses.xml file for authentication.
I would like to know if there is a way to parse the tomcat-users.xml fi=
le so that the end user can himself change the password whenever needed.
Please anybody help me out with a small Java program that would parse t=
he XML file and edit it with new password....
