A reminder, one of the 22 Proposals is the JavaSpace05 extension.
net.jini.space.JavaSpace05 is a new interface that extends
net.jini.space.JavaSpace. Spaces implementations may implement
JavaSpace05, but will not be required to.

JavaSpace05 (along with the supporting interface
net.jini.space.MatchSet and classes
net.jini.space.AvailabilityEvent and
net.jini.entry.UnusableEntriesException) adds batch ops,
exhaustive read, and a new event that includes the entry that
triggered the event.

The 2.1beta release of the starter kit includes a version of
Outrigger which which fully implements the JavaSpace05 extension,
I encourage anyone who wants to see batch, exhaustive read, or
an event that includes the triggering entry to be added to spaces
to try out this new version of Outrigger (or any other space that
also implements the extension) and see if they like the proposal
or not.
