Just thinking out loud, you mentioned earlier that you've used a wiki in the
past to create a "constantly updated reference". Does such a wiki exist for
Jini? And if not, could we set one up with the premise that any information
included in the wiki might be included in a book?

I don't know how this would work, the amount of people involved would be
considerably larger than the handful of authors that has been suggested so far.
But if you take examples such as wikipedia, they seem to have a fairly
professional styling and approval system that allows for pages by multiple
authors to maintain a level of coherence...

Like I say, I'm not sure that this would work, but a comprehensive wiki on Jini
would still be very useful :) It could even include information on the Jini
community.
