Porter Project Proposals pass General House voting

Hi all-

  This is a formal announcement that all twenty Porter Project
  Standard Proposals have passed voting in the General House.
  The Proposals are available at:

  Here is the GH voting results:

This means that the Porter Standard Proposals are on the way
to becoming Jini Community Standards. All twenty Proposals had
already passed voting in the Commercial House.

The Jini Community Decision Process (JDP) now calls for a two
week "settling phase" to be sure everyone is aware that the Proposals
passed successive votes in both Houses, and to provide an opportunity
for anyone to request an audit of the election if they have doubts to
its validity.

Barring any request for audit...  two weeks hence, I will announce
the Porter Proposals as Jini Community Standards.
Note: following that announcement, the JDP still provides the
Community a two week appeal period for any Community appeals
to the Jini TOC regarding the election.
