Jar files have a hidden timestamp in them. With the standard jar tool,
creating two jar files with identical classes will still result in
the two jar files not being bit-for-bit identical, so their digests
will be different.

Start back at the beginning. What problem were you solving by giving
your entries httpmd codebases?
