Porter Project Proposals, Part 2 - pass Commercial House vote

Hi all-

  This is a formal announcement that the Porter Project
  Proposals, Part 2 (there are four Proposals, numbered
  6, 12, 23, and 24) have passed voting in the Commercial House.
  The Proposals are available at:
  http://www.jini.org/nonav/standards/Proposals/Porter2/proposal.html

  The voting was the same on all four proposals with:
  8 Yes votes and 0 No votes.

  As per the JDP process, voting will next commence on the
  Proposals in the General House. An announcement will be made
  on this in the next day or so.
