Blitz 1.13 Released

Hi Folks,

Quick note to say that 1.13 is available and includes:

     * Full JINI 2.1 support
     * JINI 2.1 installer (including useful scripts for Reggie etc)
     * Full support for JavaSpace05 - bulk operations etc
     * Backward compatibility with JINI 2.0 (requires configuration file
changes)
     * Various optimizations - readahead, concurrency etc
     * A log dumping tool to assist in application debugging
     * Automatic aborting of dead transactions
