Hello, I am with the Sun Grid team and would like to invite you, a valued member of the Jini and java spaces communities, to try out the Sun Grid at no cost. Jini and Java spaces are both relevant to the Sun Grid as they enable parallel computing. The Sun Grid is a public grid, available to customers for $1/per-hour, but by participating in this offer, you can get 100 cpu-hours for free. To apply, visit the Sun Grid developer community (http://sun.java.net/sungrid) and apply for the Pilot Project. To qualify you must join java.net, start a project, join a project, or link a project from another community, such as jini.org, jxta.org, Open Solaris, Open Grid Engine, or NetBeans.org, and fill out the qualification questionaire. Look for some jini and java spaces projects already in the community, or feel free to link your current project from the jini community. For more information about the Sun Grid see www.sun.com/sungrid, or explore the community site listed above. If you have additional questions, please reply to [email protected]. =========================================================================== To unsubscribe, send email to [email protected] and include in the body of the message "signoff JAVASPACES-USERS".
