General House (individuals) Jini TOC Election

The terms of two of the representatives (Geoffrey Arnold,
Bill Venners) from the General House on the Jini TOC have
expired, and we need to hold an election to fill these vacant seats.

Thanks to Geoffrey Arnold for giving of his time and energies
to the growth and advancement of the Jini Community. We will
miss him greatly on the TOC, but look forward to his continued
broad involvement in the Community.

Also, thanks to one of the true leaders in the Jini Community
since its inception, Bill Venners, for his continued contributions
and leadership. Bill is running for re-election to the TOC.

As background to this election -- the Jini TOC is an oversight
body for the Jini Community, and is constructed of three members
from the General House (individuals), three members from the
Commercial House (note that there is a separate election going
on in that House to elect a new rep - see:
http://vote-toc-commercialhouse.jini.org ), and three members
from Sun. This vote is to elect two of the three representatives
from the General House (Ken Arnold holds the other seat) for
terms of two years.

There are three candidates running for two open seats:
      * R. Dale Asberry
      * Dan Creswell
      * Bill Venners
