Hmm, this looks like a statement from a JINI 2.x starter kit.

Which version of Jini are you using?  The above information looks
contradictory.  You _seem_ to be attempting to start a 1.2 service but
looking at 2.1 documentation?

The Blitz installer can generate scripts and configurations that will
work with a JINI 2.1 release.  It's a simple double-click:
