Thank you  for the quick response.
The command to start the transient space is a little misleading . It is
the 2.1 latest JSTK and what has happened is that the starter guide that
gives the script to start up the space had in it's example code have the
1_2 file notation and  I believe that may have mislead u . 

I am using the 2.1 install and exclusively 2.1 , In fact had no notion
of 1.2 till I saw my submission.

I will work on the blitz installation and let u guys know.

Hmm, this looks like a statement from a JINI 2.x starter kit.

Which version of Jini are you using?  The above information looks 
contradictory.  You _seem_ to be attempting to start a 1.2 service but 
looking at 2.1 documentation?

The Blitz installer can generate scripts and configurations that will 
work with a JINI 2.1 release.  It's a simple double-click:
