Thank you.
I had and I verified worked with the 1_2_1 version of the download (even
though 1.2 and 2.1 seemed to have been released the same month).
I in fact have insisted to a fellow forum member that I am using 1.2 and
I'll have to apologize for that .

If you want to use Outrigger we would suggest moving to version 2.1 of
Sun's starter kit. It also lacks the PSEPro classes, but can be run in
transient mode without them and includes a new persistent store
implementation that can be used without PSEPro.
