Their web site says that if we have 25 or more people we can reserve a room for
free and have some private space to visit.

Room Charges / Set Up Fees:

1) Room charges apply to all groups less than 25 people. If you wish to reserve
private or semi private banquet space with a food/beverage package and have less
than 25 people the following room charges apply:
25 people or more: Rental Fee Waived
20-24 people             $100.00++
15-20 people             $200.00++
10-15 people             $300.00++
under 10 people         $400.00++

2) Scheduled events are given a 3-hour duration.  If you wish to extend your
party beyond the given time frame we charge a $150.00 fee for the 4th hour, and
a $300.00 fee for the 5th hour. Time extensions are subject to manager approval
the day of the event.
