Cleaning a space

What are the recommended development practices for doing stuff with a
space, cleaning up entirely, and doing more stuff?

I found some Javaspace Admin for deleting that outrigger and blitz both
support. Not sure whether they both do the same thing with it, or if
there is something else better/more.

Also I found an experimental thingy for blitz but again I am not
entirely sure what it does, or whether I should use it.
