Yes,

For Outrigger - see the notes about directories for persistent state in
the com.sun.jini.outrigger package documentation of the JavaDoc.

For Blitz - see the installation guide and the section on installation
basics which discusses persistDir and logDir or see the appendix with
config variables listed.

In either case, you want to delete the directories configured and that
should be sufficient.
