Hopefully an administrative function with access control, otherwise any 
client would be able to eat other service's data..
Such features are usually implementation-dependent. Outrigger has an 
internal class (OutriggerAdmin) though I don't know how accessible it is. 
Blitz probably has something like it too, and GigaSpaces definitely has it 
via the management UI.
