Anyone have come across a tool call SmartSocket?

I just move to a team which using an application call smartsocket from
Tibco. It have a concern of cloud which we can define multiple servers
across difference region in a cloud and then the messages to any server will
replicate to other servers in the cloud and publish to the subscibers. It
sound like using difference approach to do what JavaSpace do for us. Anyone
have the experience about this applications? What is your comment about it?
