No, they don't; never did.

I'm guessing you're assuming there should be such
a script because there's a stop-one-activatable(.bat),
right?

The stop-one-activatable(.bat) scripts were included
as a convenient way to clean up the residue left after
destroying and activatable service; that is, it destroys
the shared VM created for the activatable service, and
removes the log file, if it exists. Because this is not
necessary to do for a transient service, there is no
need for a stop-one-transient(.bat) script.
