Damn this ain't my best week ever. Zigor just reported (thanks for the
feedback Zigor) that his non administrable services failed to appear in
the browser due to a NPE while his JTSK services and Blitz are displayed
without a problem.

The browser has been used with administrable services apparently
(logical given the fact that it is supplied with Seven) so I never found
out about the bug. My workspace miraculously contained the bug-fix,
likely due to other enhancements made to display non accessible services
as result of proxy preparation that failed (these can result in null
proxies).

I will release the fix that has been tested by Zigor as an emergency
patch but it will take a while to get the release train going, so bear
with me.
