Starter kit examples and Jini 2.1

Em, looks like the examples in the below are not going to immediately run in 2.1. Does anyone have a port of these? Well, I suppose they would be on the bodega site if so. I'm not ready to jump into the jar structure subtleties between 2.0 and 2.1.
