Displaying information about caller

Hi, 

I need to do following: When someone is calling, on ip phone should be displayed information like name, address and so on. I know how to create xml page that is retrieved by ip phone and displayed, but I don't know how to tell ip phone (or Call manager?) that it should look at some url to get this data. Does anyone know how to do that?

I'm using Cisco Call Manager ver. 3.2
