Need Help getting this exception"javax.telephony.ResourceUnavailableException"

i m getting this exception while playing wav files....
i m able to play wav file for incoming file using playFile()method of
MediaTerminalConnection .
and can any one plz send me code for playing wav file in  outgoing call
for educational purpose.....
plz do it as soon as poosible i have to achieve deadline..
