Generally you will have to ask the equipment vendor. JTAPI is simply an
API and needs an implementation writen for each telephony platform.

XTAPI and GJTAPI are generic JTAPI frameworks that are intended to allow
the creation of JTAPI implementations with less work than starting from
scratch. As co-lead of the GJTAPI project, I'm biased, but there main
differences are:

    * XTAPI - comes with support for serial analog modems
      (configurable), TAPI, H.323 and some Dialogic. Only supports JTAPI
      1.2, with support for the core and media packages.
    * GJTAPI - more flexible SPI, with support for an emulator, the
      XTAPI service providers, dialogic GlobalCall and some serial
      modems. Supports JTAPI 1.3, Jcc 1.1, JCAT Beta, with core, most
      callcontrol, privatedata and media support. Also supports bridges
      for CORBA, RMI, SOAP, Multiplexors, Invertors.
