 There are two JTAPI implementations for Siemens HiPath 4000 and HiPath
 3000 available (that I know of):
 * ilink TeamCall
 http://www.ilink.de/home/en/cti/products/JTAPI/

 * Siemens CAP
 http://www.siemensenterprise.com/prod_sol_serv/products/applications/hipath_cap/index.shtml

 There are also sample programs available, that are simular to your
 requirements to log calls into a textfile.

 One of these sample programs is "BLF". I'll send you the source code of this application (as zip file).
