How to play some music to people calling to call center before some operator take the phone?

Hi,

we are using Cisco Call Manager (3.3) and when someone is calling to call center, I need to play some music before some operator take this call. All calls are icoming to CTI Route point, where I call method accept() so customer hear ringing... but I don't know how to play data - I tried TerminalConnection.answer() and CallControlTerminalConnection.hold(), but hold does not work with Route point.

Do you have any idea?
