xtapi serial service provider voice playing problem in linux

hi

xtapi with sound file playing is working well in windows with MSTAPI.
When I tried to use it in linux with serial provider, it is able to make a
call, but sound file is not getting played. I need some suggestions about
how to solve this. Your reply to this will be in a great esteem.
