Call Routing using Cisco Call Manager

Hi

I am trying to design an application to manage in-coming calls to the Call
Manager. A incoming call for any extension (desk phone) in the PBX can be
forwarded to the desk phone or to a different phone number (cell phone,
home phone). What is the best way to configure the Call manager to support
this?

Right now the way I configured the call manager - when Directory number A
(associated with Phone1) is dialed - it gets forwarded to CTI route point
C. There are two DNs - DN A and DN B attached to the same phone(Cisco
7960). When a call coming for Directory number A and needs to ring the
desk phone - my JTAPI application forwards the call to DN B - hence ringing
the same phone on a different DN. This may not be the best solution as
there are two DNs being used to manage one user. I am looking for an
alternative solution. Any ideas/tips are greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
kumkum.
