Cisco Call Manager - play prompt, accepting DTMF

Hi

I am building an application in Cisco Call Manager to manage Incoming calls
(via CTI Route Point). I have to  play a prompt and accept DTMF before the
call is answered by the final destination.  has anyone done this kind of
implementation before?  I looked at the Cisco JTAPI developes guide - few of
the methods of  javax.telephony.media (startPlaying, stopPlaying) package
are not supported by Cisco Jtapi.  Any hint/help/code sample will be greatly
appreciated.
