Mohan: That did the trick, thanks a bunch. Registering the CTI routepoint
now works and I can answer incoming calls.

I guess the only remaining question is why registration for media
termination is different on CTI Ports and CTI Routepoints (I got my
capabilities code from the JTrace sample).
