State Transitions for the CallControlConnection

Hello,

I have a problem with the State Transitions for the CallControlConnection.

The problem is the following one:

I want to avoid that some calls arrive at a determined linea.  For the
time being I have tried to do a reject when the call passes al state
OFFERED, but while I am carrying out the reject, the call passes to
ESTABLISHED and to ALERTING, so that the telephone sounds during an
instant.

You hava any suggestion of as I can avoid this.
