Yes. Is works like "normal" Cisco IP phone. You can test connect to port
80 with web browser on your PC (if you have no web server on PC
itselves). You will see same admin pages as on normal phone.

Yes. You can drive and monitor it as other phones. Don't forget do
assign this device to JTAPI user.
