Hi

We are working on a JTAPI application where the JTAPI application makes a
call to a PSTN number, when the call is answered, play a media file and
expect to receive a DTMF entry from the Called party(PSTN). We are able to
make the call, play the media but do not get any DTMF event from the called
party.

The same scenario works fine when the called party is an internal (PBX ext.)
number.

Has anyone in the group have this working? If yes, can you please share your
knowledge regarding this?

We are using Cisco CallManager 4.1 and we are able to receive DTMF from
inbound calls.

Thanks.

Kumkum Bagchi.
