Have you had a look at the JTAPI Development Guide for CCM 4.1? There is a
new superprovider that allows you to monitor all the devices, without having
to create a user that has rights to control all the phones (which you have
to update each time you add a new phone). You'll find that guide here:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_programming_re
ference_guides_list.html

And as far as adding new phones go, watch out for CiscoTermCreatedEv events
(and CiscoTermRemovedEv) for removals. Just make your provider event
handling take care of these events as well, get the device from the event,
and set up the device/address observer and tear them down again depending on
the event.

Regards
Stephan
