CallControlCall off-hook

Hi,

We are implementing the JTAPI over CSTA, actually the CallControl
package, and we have a doubt related to CallControlCall off hook
behavior.

Considering that the connection returned by CallControlCall.offHook() is
the originating connection, is the name of address passed as parameter
changed after invoke the CallControlConnection.addToAddress()? Is the
additionalAddress (parameter of CallControlConnection.addToAddress) used
to append the terminal address?
